Viele Menschen fragen sich, warum ihre ma\u00dfgefertigten Acrylglasplatten etwas dicker oder d\u00fcnner sind, hat der Hersteller bei der Produktion einen Fehler gemacht? Heute sagt Ihnen der Acrylprofi Sunday Knight Co Ltd, dass dies auf die Toleranz der Acrylprodukte zur\u00fcckzuf\u00fchren ist.<\/p>\n

Es gibt zwei Arten von Acrylplatten: gegossene Acrylplatten und extrudierte Acrylplatten. Und es gibt unterschiedliche Dicke Toleranz Standard f\u00fcr sie.<\/p>\n

\"Acrylglasplatten\"<\/p>\n

Welche Toleranznorm gilt f\u00fcr die Dicke von Acrylplatten?<\/p>\n

Gegossene Acrylplatte:<\/strong>\u00a0 Dickentoleranz = \u00b1 (0,4 + 0,1 x Dicke)
\nExtrudierte Acrylglasplatten:<\/strong>\u00a0Dickentoleranz = \u00b1 10% bei Dicken: = oder <3 mm
\nDickentoleranz = \u00b1 5% bei Dicken: >3 mm<\/p>\n

Die obige Toleranznorm stammt aus der ISO7823, einer internationalen Norm, die weltweit akzeptiert wurde.<\/p>\n

Aber eigentlich alle unsere Acryl-Produkte Dicke Standard waren viel strenger als internationale Norm.<\/p>\n

Zum Beispiel f\u00fcr 3mm Dicke gegossene Acrylplatten, normalerweise ist unser Dickenbereich 2,6 - 3,2mm, die ISO7823 Standardtoleranz ist +\/-0,7mm, es bedeutet, es ist OK, wenn die Dicke im Bereich von 2,3 - 3,7mm ist.<\/p>\n

Bei den nach Kundenwunsch gefertigten extrudierten Acrylplatten k\u00f6nnen wir die Dicke mit +\/-0,1 mm kontrollieren.
