Laten we het vandaag hebben over de productiemethoden voor acryldozen en de productievaardigheden voor acryldozen! Acryl dozen zijn gemaakt van transparant acryl. Over het algemeen worden acrylplaten met een dikte van 2-3 mm gebruikt. Als ze te dun zijn, kunnen de acryldozen gemakkelijk vervormen en buigen. Als ze te dik zijn, zijn de productiekosten van acryldozen relatief hoog. Bij het selecteren van de acrylplaten in het beginstadium, wat voor soort en kleur acrylplaten je wilt, moet je echter van tevoren met de klant communiceren voordat je definitief kunt beslissen.<\/li><li>Polijsten: het snijoppervlak van acryl is na het snijden vrij ruw, niet transparant en ziet er onaantrekkelijk uit. Na het snijden moet acryl dus worden gepolijst en acryl kan na het polijsten een hoge transparantie bereiken. Over het algemeen worden doekwielen en diamantpolijstmachines gebruikt.<\/li><li>Verlijmen: naai de vijf panelen van de acryldoos aan elkaar en breng acryllijm aan op het oppervlak met de naaldbuis. Na verloop van tijd, wanneer de acryllijm opdroogt, kan het acryl heel goed stevig in elkaar oplossen.
