Die spiegelachtige glans is wat het product verkoopt. Maar het bereiken en handhaven van die onberispelijke blik is moeilijker dan de meeste mensen denken. Kleine onvolkomenheden die onzichtbaar zijn bij normaal kamerlicht, kunnen er plotseling uitspringen bij showroomspots of fel zonlicht. In plaats van de oude \u201cziet er goed genoeg uit\u201d benadering, wordt elk paneel nu ge\u00ebvalueerd aan de hand van meetbare criteria voor drie van de meest voorkomende oppervlaktedefecten: krassen, luchtbellen en spanningsplekken. Het doel is eenvoudig: ons productieteam, kwaliteitsinspecteurs en klanten dezelfde duidelijke taal geven over wat aanvaardbaar is en wat niet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hoogglanzend acryl (meestal PMMA met een gepolijste of ge\u00ebxtrudeerde spiegelafwerking) reflecteert het licht zo perfect dat zelfs een defect van 0,1 mm eruit kan zien als een diepe guts. Traditionele visuele controles onder gewone verlichting missen vaak problemen of leiden tot onenigheid tussen leverancier en koper. Ons nieuwe systeem neemt het giswerk weg door een combinatie van gecontroleerde verlichting, vergroting en exacte limieten voor grootte, hoeveelheid en zichtbaarheid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Laten we de drie defecten eens uit elkaar halen en kijken hoe we ze beoordelen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Krassen<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Krassen zijn de meest voorkomende klacht. Ze komen meestal door de behandeling tijdens het snijden, frezen of verpakken. Volgens ons protocol wordt elk paneel ge\u00efnspecteerd onder een gestandaardiseerde LED-lichtbak van 45 graden bij een kleurtemperatuur van 5000K. We meten de lengte, breedte en diepte met digitale schuifmaten en een 10x loep.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Klasse A (Premium): Geen zichtbare krassen langer dan 0,3 mm. Maximaal twee microkrassen (minder dan 0,1 mm breed) per vierkante meter en geen kras dieper dan 0,02 mm. Deze panelen gaan rechtstreeks naar onze vlaggenschipprojecten.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Klasse B (Commercieel): Krassen tot 1,0 mm lang zijn toegestaan, maar niet meer dan vijf per vierkante meter. De diepte moet onder 0,05 mm blijven. Nog steeds perfect bruikbaar voor de meeste binnenbewegwijzering en displays.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kwaliteit C (Utility): Krassen tot 3 mm lang, maximaal tien per vierkante meter. Deze zijn duidelijk zichtbaar onder sterk licht, maar aanvaardbaar voor verlichte of niet-kritieke toepassingen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alles boven Grade C wordt afgekeurd en teruggestuurd om opnieuw gepolijst of gerecycled te worden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Bubbels<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Luchtbelletjes - kleine luchtzakjes of holtes die tijdens het extruderen of gieten zijn ingesloten - cre\u00ebren heldere vlekken die opvallen als sterren in een donkere nacht. We inspecteren zowel de voor- als achterkant onder doorvallend licht (tegenlicht op de plaat) en gereflecteerd licht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Onze sortering kijkt naar zowel de individuele grootte als het totale aantal bellen binnen een inspectieraster van 300 mm \u00d7 300 mm:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Categorie A: maximale luchtbellendiameter 0,2 mm. Niet meer dan drie bellen per rooster, en geen bellen geclusterd binnen 50 mm van elkaar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kwaliteit B: maximale diameter 0,5 mm. Maximaal acht bellen per raster, zonder zichtbaar \u201cconstellatie\u201d-effect vanaf de normale kijkafstand van de klant (60-80 cm).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kwaliteit C: maximale diameter 1,0 mm. Tot vijftien bubbels per raster. Deze panelen zijn nog steeds structureel gezond, maar zijn bedoeld voor toepassingen waarbij het oppervlak van verder weg bekeken wordt of waarbij bedrukte afbeeldingen worden aangebracht.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We registreren ook de diepte van de luchtbel omdat een luchtbel die het oppervlak breekt anders aanvoelt en na verloop van tijd stof kan verzamelen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Stressvlekken (crazing of stresswitten)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Spanningsstrepen zijn het meest geniepige defect. Ze verschijnen als vage witte lijnen of waas veroorzaakt door interne moleculaire spanning, vaak veroorzaakt door onjuiste koeling, bewerkingshitte of chemische blootstelling. In tegenstelling tot krassen en bellen kunnen spanningsstrepen na verloop van tijd groeien als het onderdeel wordt belast of blootgesteld aan bepaalde reinigingsmiddelen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We gebruiken een gepolariseerde lichttafel om deze markeringen te laten opvallen. De inspecteur draait het paneel onder kruisgepolariseerde filters en meet de lengte en dichtheid van alle zichtbare witte lijnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Klasse A: Geen spanningstrepen zichtbaar onder gepolariseerd licht bij een vergroting van 10x. Nultolerantie.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Graad B: Spanningslijnen korter dan 5 mm, maximaal drie per vierkante meter en alleen vaag onder normale kijkomstandigheden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kwaliteit C: Lijnen tot 15 mm, maximaal acht per vierkante meter. Deze zijn alleen aanvaardbaar voor niet-optische, structurele toepassingen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Elk paneel met spanningsplekken langer dan 15 mm of met een \u201ccraze network\u201d patroon wordt onmiddellijk verwijderd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Elke ge\u00efnspecteerde plaat krijgt een kleine laserge\u00ebtste kwaliteitscode in een niet zichtbare hoek (bijvoorbeeld \u201cHG-A-2403-01\u201d wat staat voor High-Gloss Grade A, maart 2024 batch, plaat 01). Klanten die bestellen via sundayknight.com kunnen het volledige inspectierapport met foto's van het daadwerkelijke paneel opvragen voordat het wordt verzonden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De implementatie van dit systeem was niet goedkoop. We hebben ge\u00efnvesteerd in nieuwe belichtingsstations, digitale meetinstrumenten en training voor ons hele kwaliteitsteam. Maar het resultaat was onmiddellijk zichtbaar. Het aantal retourzendingen voor oppervlaktegerelateerde problemen daalde met meer dan 60 % in de eerste zes maanden. Belangrijker nog, onze klanten vertellen ons dat ze eindelijk vertrouwen bestellen hoogglans acryl zonder de gebruikelijke \u201choop dat het ziet er goed uit als het aankomt\u201d angst.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We zien ook interessante nevenvoordelen. Ontwerpers die Grade A oppervlakken specificeren, gebruiken de sorteringsgegevens nu om belichtingshoeken en kijkafstanden nauwkeuriger te plannen. Fabrikanten die Grade B materiaal kopen, weten precies wat ze wel en niet kunnen schuren of polijsten zonder het onderdeel in gevaar te brengen. Iedereen spreekt dezelfde op cijfers gebaseerde taal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Natuurlijk is geen enkel inspectiesysteem perfect. Acryl is nog steeds een levend materiaal dat reageert op temperatuur, vochtigheid en behandeling. Daarom blijven we onze limieten bijwerken op basis van feedback uit de praktijk van projecten die over de hele wereld zijn ge\u00efnstalleerd.
