Veel mensen twijfelen waarom hun aangepaste acrylplaten iets dikker of dunner zijn, heeft de fabrikant een fout gemaakt tijdens de productie? De acrylprofessional Sunday Knight Co Ltd vertelt je vandaag dat dit komt door de tolerantie van acrylproducten.<\/p>\n

Er zijn twee soorten acrylplaten: gegoten acrylplaten en ge\u00ebxtrudeerde acrylplaten. En er zijn verschillende diktetolerantie standaard voor hen.<\/p>\n

Wat is de tolerantiestandaard voor de dikte van acrylplaten?<\/p>\n

Gegoten acrylplaat:<\/strong>\u00a0 Diktetolerantie = \u00b1 (0,4 + 0,1 x dikte)
\nGe\u00ebxtrudeerde acrylplaat:<\/strong>\u00a0Diktetolerantie = \u00b1 10% indien dikte: = of <3 mm
\nDiktetolerantie = \u00b1 5% indien dikte: >3 mm<\/p>\n

Bovenstaande tolerantienorm is afkomstig van ISO7823, een internationale norm die wereldwijd wordt geaccepteerd.<\/p>\n

Maar eigenlijk waren al onze acrylproducten diktestandaard veel strenger dan de internationale standaard.<\/p>\n

Bijvoorbeeld, voor 3 mm dikte gegoten acrylplaat, normaal gesproken onze dikte bereik is 2,6 - 3,2 mm, de ISO7823 standaard tolerantie is +\/-0,7 mm, het betekent dat het OK is als de dikte in het bereik van 2,3 - 3,7 mm.<\/p>\n

Voor de op maat gemaakte ge\u00ebxtrudeerde acrylplaten kunnen we de dikte controleren op +\/-0,1 mm.
