• Precision CNC & Laser Cutting Each transparent acrylic panel was accurately cut with multiple circular openings of consistent diameter and spacing. White acrylic components (long side panels, top plates, and bases with mounting holes) were processed to exact dimensions for perfect fit and assembly.
• Edge Finishing & Polishing All cut edges underwent diamond polishing and flame polishing where required, producing smooth, high-transparency finishes on the clear sections and clean, professional edges on the white components.
• Expert Assembly The multi-tier clear acrylic ring structures were carefully aligned and secured between the white top and base plates using professional-grade fasteners and UV-curable adhesives, creating stable, free-standing units with excellent load-bearing capacity for brushes.
• Quality Inspection & Refinement Every assembled stand was thoroughly inspected for alignment, surface quality, and structural integrity before packaging.
• Protective Export Packaging Individual units were wrapped in protective film, cushioned with foam inserts, and packed into custom-fitted cartons. Multiple cartons were then securely stretch-wrapped and palletized for safe international shipping to the United Kingdom.
