    We were commissioned to manufacture 1,000 custom acrylic slipcases in three distinct transparent colors—neon transparent yellow, transparent red, and transparent blue—for export to the United States. The project required consistent dimensional accuracy across all units, crystal-clear optical quality, smooth refined edges, and secure structural bonding, while ensuring the finished products could withstand international shipping without damage.

    2. Our Process & Craftsmanship

    Delivering a high-volume, multi-color order with uniform quality required a carefully controlled production sequence:

    • Precision Laser Cutting: Each panel was cut from premium transparent acrylic sheets using high-precision laser equipment to achieve exact dimensions and clean, consistent outlines, including the functional side notch on every slipcase.
    • Diamond Polishing: All edges underwent professional diamond polishing to produce a smooth, high-gloss, optically clear finish free of tool marks or haze.
    • Expert Gluing: Components were assembled with industrial-grade adhesive under controlled conditions to create strong, virtually invisible bonds that maintain both structural integrity and visual clarity.
    • Protective Packaging: Finished slipcases were individually bubble-wrapped, cushioned with foam sheets inside sturdy cartons (30 pcs per carton), and marked with fragile labels for safe export transit to the USA.
